You have complete private use of the apartment and will receive access information prior to your arrival. Whilst we will not be on site we are available via phone or email for anything you require during your stay with us.
Neighborhood overview
Brutus is a 2-minute walk away from the New Town Hill Street Grocer (IGA) which provides a large range of fresh fruit & veg, deli, cheeses, freshly baked breads and supermarket items and a bottle shop, Daci and Daci coffee shop / pastry- cake shop it across the road.
Friend's school has a fully equipped gym and indoor swimming pool open to the public and is a 2-minute walk from the property.
Directly opposite is the bus stop which has regular buses straight into the city - super convenient.
Getting around
You are so close to the city that you can easily walk into North Hobart, say 3 to 4 minutes and the Hobart CBD within 10 to 15 minutes
