Neighborhood overview
Brutus is a 2-minute walk away from the New Town Hill Street Grocer (IGA) which provides a large range of fresh fruit & veg, deli, cheeses, freshly baked breads and supermarket items and a bottle shop, Daci and Daci coffee shop / pastry- cake shop it across the road.
Friend's school has a fully equipped gym and indoor swimming pool open to the public and is a 2-minute walk from the property.
Directly opposite is the bus stop which has regular buses straight into the city - super convenient.
Getting around
You are so close to the city that you can easily walk into North Hobart, say 3 to 4 minutes and the Hobart CBD within 10 to 15 minutes
