Guest accessThe complex is secure with key entry both into the building and apartment. The car park operates with a remote control boom gate and is secure with room for 1 car.
Access is via a key box system in the car park where you will collect your key.
You will need to park external to the car parking garage and collect the key and remote control from the key box in the car park then enter the secure parking area via the boom gate with the remote control.
Additional notesAccess to the apartment is ONLY via steps. There is no lift in the building.
You will need to take 1 flight of stairs to the floor of the apartmnet.

Neighborhood overviewBellerive is on the Eastern side of Hobart the same side as the airport and only 6kms from the city over the Tasman bridge. The Bellerive village hosts shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. Eastland’s shopping centre is a few minutes away along with Blundstone Arena and the stunning family friendly Bellerive and Howrah beaches.
Grand houses site over Bellerive bluff overlooking the Derwent river along with a ferry service from Bellerive to the Hobart waterfront. A lovely ride across the Derwent river by ferry, spend the day in Salamanca and the Hobart waterfront and then jump back onboard the ferry home.
The Bellerive area offers a perfect base to explore Hobart and surrounds with easy access to the Coal Valley wine region including Richmond village and Port Arthur historic site and the Tasman Peninsula.
Getting aroundThe area is well serviced by public buses and taxi and Uber should you need it.
Lovely running and walking tracks around Bellerive Bluff and along the beaches. A ferry service from the Bellerive Quay is a 3 minute walk from the apartment and takes you direct to the Hobart waterfront and with secure undercover car parking at the apartment you can head off easily whenever and wherever you want to discover .
