Private and secure with garage car parking for 1 car. The Warick is the perfect location to base yourself for a stay In Hobart.
Guest access
Guests will receive secure access codes 2 days prior to arrival.

The property is accessed via a secure key box.
Check-In time is any time after 2.00 pm the day of arrival and both the access instructions and key box code will be emailed 2 days prior to your arrival at The Warwick.

The Warwick is located in Mid Town - situated between North Hobart and the CBD and is one of Hobart's most sought-after locations. The property offers secure off-street parking.
Elizabeth Street has a regular bus service that operates in and out of the city.

The location offers easy walking either into the city center or North Hobart. You are surrounded by bars, restaurants, cafes, and retail shops.

The property offers full NBN Broadband and WIFI along with a Smart TV. The kitchen has a full-size fridge, induction cooktop, microwave, and coffee machine. Crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils to ensure a comfortable stay. Unfortunately, the Apartmetn does not have a dishwasher so all dishes will need to be washed by hand.

We ask that you place the rubbish bins out on collection days and that the property is left clean and tidy on departure.
Getting around
The Warwick's central location is ideal for walking to anywhere you wish to visit within the Hoabrt CBD.

Metro buses operate daily along Elizabeth Street and Uber or Taxi services are readily available.
