You have the entire top apartment to yourself, access is via the front door located to the front of the building and up an internal stairway.
There is a shared laundry located on the ground floor behind the main building. . You will need to go past Apartment 1 downstairs and behind the building block. There is a washing machine. There is also a Hills hoist for guests use.
Additional notes
The shared laundry on the ground floor of the building is shared with the other tenants of the building. The laundry is located at the rear of the building.

The apartment entrance is located at the front of the building. This is where the keylock box is located.

Neighborhood overview
The location is perfect, not right in the thick of all the noise, yet within walking distance of great restaurants, shops and bars. Fabulous views of the city, the water.
Walking distance to NOHO and the city and everything that is cool in Hobart.

Rupert 3 is walking distance to a great French style bakery cafe, Hill Street grocer and bottle shop. State Cinema is a wonderfully restored building showcasing art house movies. Further down Elizabeth Street, there are bars, restaurants and takeaway joints to please any palate.

Getting around
There is a bus stop just opposite the apartment on Elizabeth Street which finishes in the city. Taxi and Uber is easy to get from this location as well.
