The space
Suitable for 2 couples or a travelling corporate, the townhouse is very spacious, with large expansive windows that captures sunlight and views. Both rooms have queen beds, SMART TV's, ample storage and block out blinds.The master room is beautifully light filled as its located on the top floor and also shares its space with a deep soak spa bath and a separate bathroom.

The second room comes with an en suite complete with vanity and shower space.
Enjoy a morning coffee using the espresso machine in the kitchen which opens out to a private enclosed courtyard.
There is a comfortable lounge space for relaxing whilst enjoying the morning sun. The amazing sound system attached to the TV and the warmth of the gas fireplace makes it a wonderful setting for cold nights in..

Guests will have access via keyless entry. Your codes will be sent to you prior to your arrival date.
Additional notes
The laundry is located in a shared space. Its accessed internally from the property into a storage area.
Parking for 1 car is provided through the side entry via the steel gates located on Little Arthur Street. This is enclosed in the courtyard.

Fusion Townhouse is a great base to explore the North Hobart restaurant food strip.
You will be spoilt for choice with places like, Crescent Hotel, Smolt Kitchen, Roaring Grill, Room for a Pony, Veg Bar, Born in Brunswick, Oggee Wine Bar and Willing Bros.
The city is a leisurely 15 min walk.
The iconic State Cinema is a must visit whilst staying at the apartment as well.
Food supply will be well catered by Hill Street West Hobart. It is a gourmet supermarket supplying amazing fresh produce, wine, cheese and beautiful flowers.
Getting around
Whilst the location is central to lots of things, should you require to catch public transport, there is a taxi rank and bus stop located on Elizabeth Street.
Parking on the street is permitted and free but there are time restrictions during the week.
